Welcome to MotoRituals.com, the official site for the TenSec chain lube applicator and select motorcycle maintenance products. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchases made through it. By visiting or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

​MotoRitual.com is owned and operated by an individual seller. We are not currently a registered business.

2. Products & Availability

We offer the following products:

  • TenSec - chain lube applicator

  • Motul - chain lubricant & cleaner

  • Bundles - combining TenSec with Motul products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify of discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We accept:

  • Credit Cards

  • PayPal & PayPal Pay Later

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Klarna, Venmo, Afterpay, Affirm

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • USA: Free standard shipping

  • International: Shipping charges apply. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

5. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (TenSec Only)

If you're not satisfied with your TenSec applicator for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • TenSec must be returned in good condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

  • This guarantee applies only to the TenSec applicator, not Motul products or bundles.

Items Eligible for Return

  • TenSec (used or unused, as long as returned in good condition)

  • Motul lubricant and cleaner (must be unopened and in original packaging)

  • Bundles (must be returned in full to qualify for a refund)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used Motul products

  • Partial returns of bundled products

  • Any item returned after 30 days of delivery

6. Safety Disclaimer

TenSec must only be used while the motorcycle is turned off and the chain is not moving.

Do not use TenSec while the motorcycle is on, the chain is moving, or is powered by any external force including the engine.
Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in injury and voids any return eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content—including images, logos, text, videos, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Moto Ritual and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moto Ritual is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products or this website. Use all products at your own risk and follow all instructions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moto Ritual from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

10. Change to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the website owner. Any disputes shall be resolved under those laws.
